Our Story

Castello Contracting & Home Services is a cherished family-owned business at the heart of Spencer, WV. Founded by Phil Castello, our lead handyman and master remodeler, we bring over seven years of expertise in the contracting field. Guiding our operations alongside Phil is his wife, Mariah, who expertly manages our social media presence and all administrative tasks. Adding a touch of charm and the youthful spirit to our team is our son Maverick, the friendly face of Castello CHS and our Chief Fun Officer.

Phil started this venture after honing his skills with various companies, feeling inspired to embark on his own. He began taking on side projects, which quickly gained momentum. Unfortunately, the onset of COVID necessitated a brief pause in our operations, but this setback only strengthened our resolve. Today, we are fully operational and more enthusiastic than ever to support our neighbors in Spencer and the surrounding regions of Roane, Kanawha, and Wood Counties.

Mariah Castello - COO and Phil's Right-Hand Girl As the Chief Operating Officer, Mariah is the organizational force ensuring that our operations run as smoothly as our finishes. Her keen oversight and strategic planning make her Phil's indispensable partner in all things business.

Maverick Castello - The Face of the Company and Our Chief Fun Officer Maverick brings a smile and youthful energy that brightens every room he enters, making everyone's day a little lighter and a lot more joyful.
