Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the scheduled start date will incur a fee equal to 50% of the deposit.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will forfeit the entire deposit.

    • If a refund is necessary for a transaction processed through HubSpot Payments, refunds typically take approximately 7-10 business days to appear on the customer's credit card statement.
    • Customers will be promptly informed about refund initiation and provided with the necessary details for transparency.
